The plain terms that cover using GOOD DAY.
GOOD DAY is built and operated by Chelton Nunes. By using fullgoodday.com or any experience hosted there, you're agreeing to these terms. If something here doesn't work for you, the simplest option is to stop using the site.
GOOD DAY is a collection of small, focused digital experiences, tools for reflection, planning, and moving between aspiration, achievement, and fulfillment. Most experiences work without an account. An optional sign-in lets your content follow you across your own devices.
You can sign in with a magic link sent to your email, or with a Google account. You're responsible for keeping access to your own email or Google account secure, since that's what controls access to your GOOD DAY account. If you believe your account has been accessed by someone else, contact cheltonvnunes@gmail.com.
Use GOOD DAY the way it's intended: for your own reflection, planning, and personal use. Don't try to disrupt the service, access another person's account or data, or use GOOD DAY for anything illegal.
Anything you write or create inside a GOOD DAY experience, notes, planner entries, and similar, remains yours. GOOD DAY stores it so it can be shown back to you and synced across your devices, and doesn't use it for anything beyond that.
GOOD DAY is provided as it is, without guarantees of uptime, availability, or that any particular feature will remain unchanged indefinitely. Experiences may be added, changed, or removed over time as the site develops.
GOOD DAY is offered as a personal, wellness-adjacent tool, not professional medical, psychological, or financial advice. To the extent permitted by law, GOOD DAY and Chelton Nunes aren't liable for decisions made based on using it.
You can stop using GOOD DAY at any time. To have your account and associated data permanently deleted, email cheltonvnunes@gmail.com. GOOD DAY may also suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate the acceptable use terms above.
If these terms change in a meaningful way, the date at the top of this page will be updated to reflect it.

These terms are written in plain language to describe how GOOD DAY actually operates. They are not a substitute for legal advice, and haven't been reviewed by a lawyer, including on questions of governing law and jurisdiction. If you're relying on them for formal legal protection, especially as the business relocates or starts handling payments, have them reviewed properly.
